Email [email protected]. Include your device, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Signing in

• Password: use the email and password for your dashboard, then the code from your authenticator app or email.
• Sign in with Apple: link your Apple ID once in Settings → Sign-in methods while signed in. An Apple ID that is not linked is refused.
• Google: works with the Google account that matches your dashboard email; it links itself on first use.
• Locked out: five wrong attempts pause sign-in from that network for 15 minutes.

Face ID

The app asks for Face ID or your passcode when it opens and after a minute in the background. You can turn this off under More → Require Face ID. Face ID is handled entirely by iOS; the app never sees your face data.

Files

Uploads through the internet are limited to 100 MB per file. Tap a file to preview it, then use the share button to save it to Files or Photos, or send it with AirDrop.

Terminal on iPhone

The key row above the keyboard adds Esc, Tab, Ctrl, Alt, arrows, Paste and Home/End/Page keys. Tap Ctrl once for the next key, twice to keep it on.

Signing out other devices

Settings → Signed-in devices lists every session with its device and address. You can sign out one device or all others.
