Terms of use

These terms are between you and CTF Designs, LLC ("we"), which makes bananana.dev: this website and its accounts, the relay, the apps, and the brain and node software. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use bananana.dev for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you may do so.

The beta

bananana.dev is in beta and free to use. Features, limits and plans may change, and paid plans may be introduced later; we'll tell you by email before anything you use starts to cost money, and you can stop at any time.

Your account

• Give a real name and an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
• Each organization has one Owner, who is responsible for it and for the admins they invite.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account and on the brains you install.

Your machines and your data

Your brain runs on a machine you choose, and the data it gathers from your computers stays there: we don't receive it, and the relay only passes along traffic it can't read. You're responsible for that machine, its backups, and for having the right to manage the computers you connect to it.

Acceptable use

• Only connect computers you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't use bananana.dev to break the law, to get into systems without permission, or to harm others.
• Don't try to overload, probe or get around the limits of the relay, the website or other people's brains.

We may suspend an account or a brain's connection to the relay if it breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time on your account page. If we ever close bananana.dev, we'll give you notice by email, and your brain keeps working on your own network.

No warranty

bananana.dev is provided as it is, especially during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, CTF Designs, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from using it.
